This sweet medallion features pave-set, beautiful blue Sapphires and is comprised of 925 Sterling Silver. Even the bail has its own sprinkling of sapphires! I have paired it with an 18+" adjustable-length 925 Sterling Silver Chain but the bail is large enough that you should be able to easily switch is to a favorite chain of your own. 
 
The pendant (including the bail) is about 17mm.
